Beware Pro and Quad G5 Users
It should be noted that this kit is not compatible with the new Mac Pro or the Quad G5 systems released in October 2005. The hardware is incompatible. Apple has not yet begun shipping upgrade kits for these systems as post-market options.

Not for GENERAL consumers
I'd only recommend you buying this if you're more DIY/techie and'd like to take the time and effort to pry your mini open to see its guts and put this in. There are numerous detailed installation guides and even a few videos online to get you through the 'cracking the case' scenario and I definately suggest getting some putty knives over the other strange techniques online.

works great, but not for consumers to install!
The Mac Mini is not intended to be opened by the consumer - only by an authorized Apple Repair Specialist. You need a special tool to open the Mac Mini and installing the BlueTooth module is tricky and can break fairly easily during install. The Apple Store will install this for free - but if you try installing it yourself and it breaks the card and/or the attachment points on the motherboard, guess who just ate some parts and money? You did! Let Apple or an authorized specialist do this so if they make a boo-boo, you're covered. I'm really at a loss as to why this module is even available on Amazon when you can't even buy it via Apple's site unless you're an authorized repair specialist. When you buy these at the Apple Store, it's with the service - they ring it up and take your Mac Mini to the back to install it - it's never just sold over the counter as a part for the consumer.

The Mother-ship has landed...
When we first pulled this monitor out of the box to attach it to our new G4 server, the first thing one office member said was, 'Well, the mother ship has arrived.' This monitor has an interesting design--ours came in smokey gray (to match our G4) and looks very professional on the desk. It has a unique three-pronged base, which allows for a conservation of desktop space (particularly as the CPU is a tower model which sits under the desk)--we can keep papers and other items under the monitor, or slide the keyboard and mouse underneath when not using the computer (like that ever happens!)Read more

style and quality
I haven't used alot of differant keyboards but I am supprised that this one has an extended hub on it. This keyboard came with my Imac and I think its great. I just pluged in my mouse on one side and my printer on the other and to my supprise printed! The fact that it is clear and black does make dust and dirt very noticable when present. But it looks very nice and with an extra usb port I'm happy with it.

In a way ... it's a "life-changing" device
Simple to setup and use. Being able to surf the high-speed internet connection from anywhere in the house, is an awesome experience!
The simplest, coolest looking wi fi.
Apple is known for making the coolest looking wireless devices and like the new Ipod,you don't even need to have a mac to enjoy it.No obtrusive antennas, sleek and clean all in one unit with a built in modem.Most WiFi devices don't come with everything right there, but this guy does, not to mention the range is great.

It is a true Apple product.
It works like a charm.With much higher density of media, the competibility of DVD-R (and/or DVD-RW,DVD+R,DVD+RW,DVD-RAM) media can cause much trouble with home DVD player as well as the standard DVD Drivers for computers.With Apple DVD-R media I never experienced such troble.I am a home video maniac and I have burned tons of DVDs for my friends and relatives.Using name brand media such as Sony and TDK reduces rate of serious trouble significantly, but with Apple media, you can always be sure the result will be trouble free with similar price.

Sham-Sham the Flim-Flam man!
I would like to review the product but it never arrived.The seller never notified me of the delay and/or cancellation.He never even returned my emails.I guess we now know why his mama named him Tim Shady.Avoid this seller. Period.

iPod Photo Dock a Winner
The iPod Photo dock is a winner if you want to play a slideshow on your tv using the S-Video Out, or just if you want a place for your iPod to be held when you synch it or charge it. This dock only gives a snug fit to the 40 & 60GB iPod Photo models. This dock is not for the 30GB iPod photo, for that, you would use the dock with the ASIN of B0007KX4UQ.

Perfect solution!
When I purchased my new iPod, I gave my mother my Mini. She had wanted one to to use for travel and her daily walking routine, but felt finding a "place" for her iPod cumbersome as the cord to her headphones seemed to always be in the way.She uses it sometimes for music, but more often for books on tape.
Stylish
I like the lanyard, it holds the iPod Mini even when I yank at it and jump around. Good for Mini owners with Shuffle envy. A lot better to carry around your iPod than the belt clip. I don't want to see it when it gets dirty though, no cleaning instructions included. Overall, I'm satisfied, but it could've been alot cheaper.
