I'm Angry At HP
When I first bought this computer, I was very impressed with it.It had a nice balance of power, memory, performance, ease of use and price.I was an Apple user and this was my first Windows machine.I did not have any difficulties with adjusting to this machine. A fantastic purchase (My computer)
Hey there! Windows XP media not included (also)
I bought the 520n (1.3GHz, 50Gb drive - rest the same) and also found no XP media included. I'm pretty sure that HP are not legally permitted to withhold media.

Beware the dark side of HP...
This isn't a review of this exact model of HP computer, but one very similar that was recently out-moded.As computer technology moves so fast, models that were hot 6 months ago don't even exist now.Still, I've found that a generic "$[money] HP computer" has most of the same problems, many of the same short cuts made to cut costs.Read more

The HP Brio BA410 makes for an adequate if minimalist business desktop system, but not much more. With only 64 MB of RAM and a relatively slow Celeron processor, it's not the machine for graphics or multimedia use. It does include a 48x (read-only) CD-ROM drive, 56K modem, and 100 Mbps Ethernet networking. It runs Windows 98 (anything more and you'll wish you had more memory anyway) and comes with Microsoft Word 2000 (but not the full Office suite). ... Read more
