internet nervous no more.
I think my wife and I are just about the last people any-where to take the plunge into computerdom. Im 63, and it was embarassing to pick up a K-mart or Wall-Mart flyer in the sunday paper recently(last five years or so) and not have a clue as to what some of the stuff was that was being advertised.Our daughter finally convinced us to buy a computer. We decided on HP stuff(monitor-hp pavilion mx75)(printer-HP deskjet 5550) along with the 1.3 intel processor was about all we would need to find out what was going on in the world around us.We bought our stuff from Best-Buy in MCallen Texas.The price was right and so are the people working there.My only complaint is this thing is almost to much fun to shut off.Time goes by way to fast while im playing around 0n line.We went with verizon because they are our phone co.Anyhow, bottom line is we sure do like this computer.So do other people who have seen what we bought, and what the price was.Im going to watch football now.Goodby, and thanks for building a computer we could afford.Don and Mary James. ... Run far far far far far away!!
A great computer
I love this PC...The unit isn't cheaply made at all..I love the huge hard drive and the dvd and cd writer drives.It is fast and does basically everything i need it to do.I can highly reccommend this computer to anyone wanting to purchase one.And Amazon had the best price on it, trust me i went looking around.So don't let the other bad review influence you, this one is a very good PC.

HP7915 Score Big Points with me....
I just purchased my HP7915 computer last Thursday. After spending the weekend thoroughly exploring all the goodies and listening to cd's with upgraded speakers, I had to write to say what a great buy this computer is. My only disappointment is that the included modem is a Win modem. I would rather it would have been a real hardware modem, but so far I have been able to connect at 52Kbps everytime I have logged on.
