5-0 out of 5 stars I'm surprised by the problems
I've had my 4155 for almost 3 years and am shocked by the screen problems people have commented on here. I've never had any issue with the lcd and have dropped my unit multiple times (this is an understatement since I'm a clutz). It is carried with me and used often thoughout the day. I have no issues with the wifi and really have no complaints. I have not been cautious with the touchscreen and it is scratched in places (different from the lcd breaking) so I would advise anyone who is buying one to use a good screen protector from the beginning. Also, don't let the battery die because it will hard reset and you'll have to put all your programs back on. Best to back it up weekly or so using the backup utility it comes with and putting the backup on a storage card. Good luck with your purchase!

4-0 out of 5 stars Great Balance of Size and Features
I have owned the iPAQ 4155 for 11 months now (after replacing a 3600 series) and have used it every day since.I can say that it has met or exceeded my expectations in nearly every way.The battery life exceeds 3 days of normal use for me (I haven't seen the battery below about 40 percent even after 3+ days of no charging). The wireless is fairly easy to setup to get on the internet, although I have not found this feature as useful as I thought.More complex wireless operations, like setting up a virtual desktop, are not as straight forward and the entire wireless configuration - asking weather a wireless connection is for "work" or "the internet" - could be simplified (what if it is both?) and have some bugs removed. That being said, I have rarely found the desire/need to get onto a wireless connection once the newness wore off. This may be different if you spend a lot of time at the airport, Starbucks, or other places w/wireless access. The LCD screen is bright and highly visible even in relatively bright light.I have not had a single problem with the LCD screen cracking (and I have owned at least 8 iPAQ's for employees) but I have been careful to protect mine with a metal case such as the one from Innopocket.(The included case does not go too far towards protecting the iPAQ.)Some sort of protective case is vital if you plan to take your iPAQ anywhere at all because the screen is fragile and leaning up against something with it in your pocket will surely crack it if it is not protected. (I have been surprised at the scratches, dings, and warping I have done to the metal case after walking around a jobsite for an hour with my iPAQ in my pocket - but NO damage to the device itself.)One final note: I have not had very much luck at all with "travel sync/chargers" I have purchased which intend to sync and charge the device simultaneously via USB.I have gone back to syncing via infrared (which is pretty straightforward) and charging with the supplied AC charger.
1-0 out of 5 stars lcd cracked
I advise you don't buy this model. I was given one by my company. I used it briefly, then carefully placed it in it's case in my desk drawer.

5-0 out of 5 stars Good Camera , no doubt!!!!
i was scared this was my greatest mistake, since i bought the camera locally and came to amazon just to read the reviews aftewards.
5-0 out of 5 stars Great Camera, Excellent Price! This is HP's second generation of digital cameras.
This camera is one of the first models since Hewlett Packard changed its OEM factory.Intitially photo file sizes were so large that many users were unable to easily or quickly send pictures, but as more and more people are using High Speed Internet Connections, such as cable or dsl, the larger photo files have become less of a problem.
5-0 out of 5 stars M22 Camera Proven Good With Over 4400 Pictures Taken
I have used this camera since May 2005 with excellent results in taking over 4,400 photographs. It has performed very well in rain & good weather. Everything about it seems to be of good quality. The reviewer that complained about the flickering display needs to have the batteries fully charged first or else use the Lithium batteries that are sold practically everywhere. I have had a couple of times that the camera did not turn on and it was due to batteries that were not fully charged... The problem was with a different brand of battery charger that said the batteries were charged when they really were not fully charged. A different charger solved the problem. It is a surprize to learn that some people have had problems with such a fine camera as the HP M22 Digital Camera. There are very few other digital cameras that are weather resistant and this is one of the few that is rain proof without the purchase of a special case. ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars Not perfect, but good enough
I'd recently bought an HP-49G+ and was terribly disappointed, both by its overall poor design and extreme complexity. I wasn't expecting much from the 39G+, but it really surprised me--especially given the low prices it's been going for lately.
5-0 out of 5 stars worthwhile
Calculators as the H.P. 49 II, H.P. 48 II, T.I. 89, or T.I. 92 are beyond the average high school or Junior Collage student's needs.
5-0 out of 5 stars The 39g+ is clearly a winner
The Hp 39g+ is overall a decent calculator for you basic middle school and high school needs.

5-0 out of 5 stars Worth the money
This is my first digital camera. Prior to this I had a simple Kodak point-and-click model which pretty much the quality of a disposible.I use much higher grade cameras at work both 35mm and digital. This camera gives you the 5.1 MP ability though most shots only require the 3MP.I like the 32MB internal memory though I've also bought a 256MB card for traveling. The 5x zoom isn't as cool as I initially thought it would be and digital zoom works sometimes and not others but you must understand what digital zoom really is.The camera takes very clear and optimal pictures. Better pictures then I've taken on anything else I've owned before (and some of the work cameras as well). The size is small enough to put in your pocket but not too small for one with larger hands. The different flash options and shooting scenes can turn difficult pictures into what you want to capture. The panoramic shot sequence is an especially favorite feature especially for shoreline shots.I've also bought the R-Series dock and enjoy its ability to transfer my pictures faster and charge two batteries at once.
2-0 out of 5 stars Good Pictures, Terrible Durability
This camera took some great pictures, and I enjoyed it's size and functionality for several months.I was sitting in a lawn chair at a barbecue last weekend when I was passing it to a friend who was also seated. The camera fell about 2 feet onto soft grass.THE END.The lens assembly is shot, according to my local camera store, not economical to fix. This was about the softest fall a camera could take, and not work, it was like landing on a pillow.I will not buy HP cameras again.

5-0 out of 5 stars Very happy with my purchase
I first borrowed an r817 (same as r818 except for color) from a friend for a trip to the grand canyon and a trip to Vegas. I was a little worried about the lack of a view finder (only LCD) because I thought it may not work well in bright light or might run the batteries out, but I quickly got over that worry. The camera did incredibly well in the bright sun light at the grand canyon and I never had battery problems. The panorama mode was awesome!I was able to create some phenomenal shots using it at the grand canyon.

3-0 out of 5 stars HP18'sAlgebra mode: No precedence for multiplication/division over Addition/Substraction
I bought this calculator on the basis of good review here.
5-0 out of 5 stars I wish HP would re-issue this calculator
After the classic HP12C, this is the best financial calculator they ever made. My old one hasn't worn out, but I bought a NIB replacement at auction for when it does. This has all the functionality of the more cumbersom 19B, but in a better designed handheld size. I love my 12C, but this is the calculator I wish I had in grad school. The keys are fantastic, the menus are logical and fluid, the case is super rugged, and it is just all around excellent. I'm a messy klutz and have dropped mine and sat on it dozens of times and it still works like a the day I turned it on. I wish HP would re-issue it.

5-0 out of 5 stars Love it, but no Trigonometric Functions
Super durable and reliable: I've had this calculator since 1992, I used it for my BA and my MSc.It has outlasted 4 laptops.

1-0 out of 5 stars problematic right out of the box
Followed the printed instructions for the setup of this printer.Seemed straight-forward, but was not impressed with some flimsy plastics and the retention "clips" for the ink cartridges...Well, try as I might, this unit seemed insistent on not recognizing the black ink cartridge. At least the software with the unit identified the black cartridge as the culprit. But this was the brand new cartridge that came with the printer...and the expiration date on it was within spec...And, yes, I did remember to remove the protective tape.So is the problem actually the cartridge or the bay that it goes into (in other words, is the problem with the printer itself?)Do I waste $19 on a new cartidge possible to only find out that isn't the problem?Or do I give this printer back and buy a Canon? For the record, I wasn't impressed with the old days of Canon BubbleJets, but lately have been happy with the Canon's I've set up for others.Sorry, but I cannot recommend this unit.

1-0 out of 5 stars Regional Coding
I cannot recommend HP to anybody anymore. The company introduced regional coding, which means printer cartridges from one region cannot be used in another. For most this is probably not an issue, for those busily traveling around it is. Also, it is an issue of principle, its bad enough for DVD, but printer cartridges? HP has introduced this rather secretely and if you don't read the box cover etc very carefully, you may not notice. The main issue is in Europe. I got caught out. I bought a 3 catridges overseas - I could not use them on my HP printer. I asked for a refund, HP Email Support (US) was nice but ineffective. HP Customer Support (Europe) was snotty and very rude. I think HP does not care about its customers and this cost me over US$75, almost 50% of my printer (my sixth and last HP). Don't buy HP.

1-0 out of 5 stars terrible printer
Lots of problems installing (Windows 2000 Pro) - eventually paid for an in-home service call. Technician managed to get it to work, but could not get it (HP software) from trying to reload each and every time the computer started.

One of the nice things about Windows CE devices is that manufacturers don't have to stick to a specific design. They can make large screens or small screens, add keyboards or rely solely on the touch screen for input, and basically do whatever they want. Hewlett-Packard decided to make a do-anything device when they designed the Jornada 720, and on most counts they have succeeded.Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Good memories but you can't go home again
I am on my 2nd Jornada 720; the first one I positively loved, but in the rush to upgrade (and free up some money) I sold it in 2003.
4-0 out of 5 stars Consider This Before Accepting Negative Reviews
The HP Jornada 720 (the final model of this line was the 728) is the finest, practical design mobile Handheld Computing device ever made. The Jornada rival is the NEC MobilePro 780-800 line. Both clamshell, mini-laptop looking, devices were high quality and expensive (average retail was over $1,000).
5-0 out of 5 stars Excellent little machine
I bought my Jornada 720 three years ago on ebay for a fraction of the "new" price - and I love this machine. The best thing is instant startup (unlike any laptop, which takes forever to start), and of course its size and battery life (again longer than any laptop).I added a 64MB card, and use another Compact Flash card to store and transfer large files from and to my deskotop. ActiveSync works fine too, but it is slower.

4-0 out of 5 stars Satisfied with this printer.
I have nothing negative to say about this printer. It works perfectly and I have had no problems. It is quiet and much quicker than my last printer so I am happy. My ink runs out fast but thats because my 8 year old seems to think she has to print everything she sees.[...]Just wanted to pass this info because I am sure there is someone out there that appreciates saving money as much as I do! :)

4-0 out of 5 stars Just a quick tip from a full-time computer specialist...
I own this printer and have not had any problems with it.The ink is somewhat short-lived, but the key here (like with any printer) is to set your settings appropriately, which it's clear that some of these reviewers have not done.

5-0 out of 5 stars Awesome printer
The 2420dn is a great printer and meets every need I have in a mono laser. It's very, very fast, the first page is out in less than 10 seconds. The built-in networking is fast and works great.I was previously using an Intel Netport print server with an HP 1320, and it was just too slow. The integrated networking in the 2420dn is really fast.Duplexing works great, the Tray 1 manual feeder works great with envelopes.I can not find a single bad thing to say about the 2420dn, it has everything I wanted in a laser for my home office.I know HP is a different company than they were years ago, but I still trust their laser printers as the industry standard.I had a model 4P b/w laser printer for 10 years, never had a single problem with it.But look at how far things have come.I spent $925 on that 4P back in 1995, it printed 600dpi at 4 pages/minute and came with I think 2MB onboard memory. This 2420dn does 1200dpi at 30ppm, and comes with 64MB memory onboard.Sounds like a bargain...

5-0 out of 5 stars Silent and Fast
We used an HP LaserJet 4M plus for years. The 2420 warms up quicker and prints much faster.

4-0 out of 5 stars Well Built Basic Calculator
The hp20s is a well build basic calculator that will last through years of use.It was a low end model when it was introduced by HP and doesn't have RPN or any advanced math features, but what it does have is 99% of what most people need in a handheld calculator in a nice package.HP's and TI's latest lower end models are plastic junk in comparison.
5-0 out of 5 stars It was the best!
I am not sure if I would buy one of this today but my brother had one I used too much and it was a very nice calculator! I still have it. Well finished, 99 lines of program, 10 memories avaliable, built in programs including a root solver, 3x3 matrix algebra and numerical integration. It is a nom RPN calculator but this is not a problem! Display is only one line and only numbers. It had a very nice manual. A very nice calculator I would like HP to make again. Perhaps with more program lines avaliable. Modern models like 33S are much more powerfull but don't have the same quality. HP-20S was a real HP calculator!

5-0 out of 5 stars A Great Calculator for that Quick Calculation

4-0 out of 5 stars great printer
affordable printer that prints a very good quality shot.i have particularly enjoyed working with black and white cartridges.a good buy indeed

4-0 out of 5 stars Good Printer
I got this printer not too long ago, and it has preformed pretty well so far.The pictures are good and it does not use too much ink, or so it appears.Again, the pictures are good quality, but they do take some time to dry. This might be because of the photo paper.I would suggest buying a usb cable as one is not included with the package. All in all, the cheap price and good pictures makes this a good photo printer.

2-0 out of 5 stars Nice design... but the photo quality is strongly lacking
I was strongly considering buying this printer - until I saw my friend's prints she made with it.

1-0 out of 5 stars Hewlett Packard now on my permanent "do not buy" list
My experience with HP products has been pretty dismal. My hopes for better results with a fancier model were dashed when my HP 6122 stopped communicating with my Mac. The local computer repair shop charges $70 for a diagnostic look, applicable to the repair. Unfortunately for me, the defective USB connector in the printer cannot be obtained. I guess it was worth $70 to finally learn that HP printers are break-down, non-repairable crap.

Don't buy HP. ... Read more

1-0 out of 5 stars UGH!!!
This camera drinks battery juice like an alcholic drinks beer. Piece of junk that takes horrible, low-quality photos. Not even worth $50 new. One of the worst digital cameras I have ever used.

1-0 out of 5 stars it WAS okay.... until...
(okay so im really 14... now 14 & under)
1-0 out of 5 stars Terrible camera.
I was given this camera as a gift and it was possibly the worst camera I've ever had. My biggest issue with it was that if it's not bright and sunny out, the pictures come out horrible, despite whatever settings you're using. They either come out barely visible or have an ugly blue-ish hue to them. The camera eats up batteries like no tomorrow, the pictures are grainy, red-eye is a BIG problem, the camera itself is ugly and mildly bulky which makes it a pain to carry around, it has a very slow shutter speed[don't even bother trying to take pictures of anything that moves] and is all-around a terrible camera.

5-0 out of 5 stars OK price, nice speed, not many problems
I'll keep this short...
2-0 out of 5 stars 16 months and it's crapped out !
I purchase a lot of PC's and peripherals for my job.
2-0 out of 5 stars Horrible paper handling
I bought this printer for a few reasons. First was the print head cartridge combination. I had gotten tired of the innefective print head cleaning of my Espon c-80 (soon to head to the junk pile since I can't get the print head to print reliably anymore) and wanted to avoid that issue alltogether. The second reason I bought it was its footprint, which is great for a small desk (or under the desk in this case). Lastly was price.

1-0 out of 5 stars HP 1040 fax is likely to be incompatible with VoIP Network
I am a Comcast Digital telephone Network subscriber (which is VoIP). My new 1040 fax will not send faxes, although it will receive them.
2-0 out of 5 stars A little too quirky, not functional enough
Bought this to replace my old Sharp with the expensive and wasteful film roll cartridge. This one has a similar footprint, but only the ink cartridge is better than the old machine. Nothing else works as well, particularly:
