5-0 out of 5 stars Excellent printer
Easy setup, works like a charm. Text quality excellent. I don't use it for photo's though, so can't comment on that.

3-0 out of 5 stars Great printer for PLAIN PAPER ONLY
I switched to HP from EPSON because of the frequent, annoying and expen$$ive clogged printer heads. The HP printers have the advantage that the cartridges have the heads so you get fresh heads with each cartidge. The problem with this one in particular is that it works fine with plain paper, but don't even try to print labels (cd labels, or mailing labels, etc...) because you'll go crazy trying to align things up, since it prints perfectly in plain paper while you're aligning your artwork, but when you finally switch to the special label sheets, the alignment will go bonkers and absolutely unpredictable. After wasting plenty of label sheets in frustration, I accepted the fact that I just couldn't print labels with this printer. On the other hand, I could print on glossy photo paper just fine, and the quality was quite acceptable. UNTIL it began jamming. After close to a year of not too frequent photo printing, it began jamming to the point that I havent been able to get a single complete photo printed. I'm beginning to think that printer manufacturers should add "disposable" to their product description, since all inket printers seem to be made to last no longer than a year. I'm looking forward to trying a Canon now.

2-0 out of 5 stars mechanism error after 13 months
The printer has been moderately used for black and white prints, and after 13 months it encounters a mechanism error, not printing at all. It is not worth fixing it, but buying a new one. Quality of prints was good, but life of the printer very short. ... Read more

1-0 out of 5 stars Crucial pieces broke off
I have had my 7550 printer for 3 years. After the 2 year point the black cartridge stopped working.Replacing it didn't work so I used it in "reserve mode" for a year (only using the other more expensive color cartridges).Today one of the color cartridges stopped working.I found a tiny black piece of plastic at the site, so I checked all three. Lo and behold, the little black pieces that hold the cartridges in place are missing from the two cartridge doors that are not working.I checked the third one and it is hanging by a thread.Three times a charm... sounds like a major design flaw.

5-0 out of 5 stars Best Printer I ever owned
I love HP printers, but this one takes the top award. It prints photos, word documents, and whatever else you want it to with ULTRA high quality. The LCD just adds to the design. Ink can be expensive as this model holds ALL 3 (black and white, color and photo) all at once, unlike lower models. Its easier though, and well worth it! This is some printer.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great printer
I am not a technophobe, yet I found this printer easy to use and operate.I have printed all the way to 8 X 10 photos with no problems and great clarity.I really like it, and have owned it since they first came out over a year ago with no problems. ... Read more

2-0 out of 5 stars Battery problem a big downer
If you're having a problem with the battery life, judging on other reviews, you aren't the only one. This camera does work decently when the batteries are working. It takes video with sound in addition to the pics.If you have a HP computer and printer like me, the software loading pics/video is even easier.
3-0 out of 5 stars Good for the price/bad warrenty service/eats batteries quick
I got this camera about half a year ago, and it worked quite well. However, unless you use full optical zoom, the edges of the photos are bent outwards. This camera also eats batteries much faster than my Kodak DX6340 did. I had a problem with the software that came with my camera so I have to use the Kodak Easyshera software instead. Also, this camera records audio videos, but you can only hear the audio on the computer.
3-0 out of 5 stars You get what you pay for
This an acceptable digital camera, not much more. It's a solid value if you find it for less than $75 or so, but I personally would pay more for a Kodak or Olympus with similar specs next time around.

5-0 out of 5 stars Wonderful "bang for the buck" camera and printer!!
I purchased this camera printer combo for my daughter's 16th birthday. The price was unbeatable. The camera has a ton of features, and the pictures are beautiful, and crystal clear. The printer is tiny and portable, great for a teenager, and it hooks up easily to the TV to view/edit/print the photos. She was able to print pictures of her party for her friends to take home with them.
5-0 out of 5 stars Real Camera for Real People
This camera is best among its class. The LCD displace is so brigh and high resolution. All buttons are very well organized so easy to use. Special flash recycle so fast and strong makes the shooting indoor and dark area an experience. The software menu is so easy to reach. I got SLR Pentax Digital Camera before, but can't tell the difference in picture quality.

4-0 out of 5 stars Quite a solid performer!
I purchased this camera-printer set for my husband about a year ago. It's performed very nicely over the last 8 months. The only thing is that taking close-ups can be a little bit tricky and the battery life seems very short between charges. Otherwise, I would buy it again. ... Read more

1-0 out of 5 stars Good all-in-one when it works; installing (software) difficult
Full Review
1-0 out of 5 stars Major software issues
After installing and uninstalling the software and patches ad nauseum, I cannot get rid of the DEP error on my screen.Tech support is terrible and told me my operating system is corrupt and to reload it.On Google, if you search on Photosmart and DEP, there are 36,000 hits discussing this issue.I will never buy another HP product in my lifetime.

2-0 out of 5 stars Major Scanning Problem
I am using the 2710 in a Mac environment. It works well except for one major design oversight. It will not scan a multi-page document into a single PDF file. If you have a ten page form or document that you need to scan into PDF so you can email it off to your lawyer or broker or whatever, you end up with ten PDF files, one for each page. Ridiculous. The response from HP was that since the product does not have a document feeder, it can only scan one page to one file. That makes no sense whatsoever. It could easily be the case that you need to scan pages from a book or other material that will not go through a document feeder anyway. Besides, flatbed scanners of all ilks (including HP) can be used to scan many pages into a single file. The worst part is that it would be a trivial software tweek to enable it to do the right thing but their latest driver (June 2006) does not fix this glaring oversight. ... Read more

1-0 out of 5 stars Misrepresented piece of junk!
Shipped me an old 8200f burner with 8220e/8230e software. Will burn files and folders...However, just opening up a CD containing a Windows Folder (Not even trying to open the folder!)in DLA causes total computer Memory Dump and requires System Restore. Spent six hours and $20 worth of blank CD's doing all upgrades, patches, workarounds, etc. Is not a USB problem, as a CD ceated in DLA by this burner does the same thing when opened on my internal NEC burner.Worthless and I can't trust it with my data, so I'll have to go buy another one.
5-0 out of 5 stars Great, solid performing burner...
I have never had a problem with this burner and I would recommend it for a first time burner. It also has very easy to use software!!!

1-0 out of 5 stars BIG PROBLEMS
Like many other reviewers, I've had many problems and made lots of coasters.First time was making data CDs, but new version of Record Now seems to work OK there. Now I'm stuggling to make audio CDs (0 for 3 to date). That's with nothing but Explorer and Record Now running, and making the CD from MP3 files on the hard drive.Burning never completes and drive is "hung" (can't eject the CD). TAKE HEED and buy something else if you want to be productive and save a lot of time. (And tech support is as "iffy" as everyone says!!) ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars HP82240B
How this priner comunicated whith analyzer NG AED Afriso. but not infrared only cable if it possible?????

4-0 out of 5 stars You need to think of this as a desktop extension.
This is a great item for the HP infrared calculators, where you need a written record. It prints on thermal paper, on a tape like old manual crank adding machines, but the comparisons end there. It handles complex algebraic formulas well, and they are easy to read.
3-0 out of 5 stars Indispensable, but frustrating.
Prior to ordering this I was (overly) concerned with the print rate, which sounded painfully slow.In practice the print *speed* has not cramped my style one bit, but the print *accuracy* has.I do most of my printing out-of-doors and ambient light, space, etc. are critical to getting a good IR transmission and a clean 'record'.I highly suggest making a jig to hold the printer and other device in appropriate positions to each other.I made a jig for my purposes and that's what makes this printer an indispensable tool. ... 5-0 out of 5 stars Amazing Product
I've had the Ipaq 1910 for over 18 months and use it every day. It's been dependable, reliable and more than I could have asked for.The SD slot and removable batteries makes it more than flexible.A few extra batteries (cheap anywhere) gives one as much time as needed and the SD cards (also cheap) allow for the carrying of an infinate amount of data.
2-0 out of 5 stars Good product, but not for long
I bought this a while ago and loved it.Then once the warranty expired it went on the fritz. The unit freezes with the backlight on.Once this happens it can't be turned off unless the battery is removed. This causes it to rest and all information is lost.I would not recomend this product.

3-0 out of 5 stars Overall, nice machine
I have had my HP 2550L for well over a year now and have had absolutely no problems with it.I frequently print on high quality, glossy paper. The ink doesn't smudge or smear. It prints clearly and is quick. With the moderate amount of printing that I do, I am only now replacing some of the color toner cartridges which is expensive. That is the downside. As another reader mentioned, it does occasionally "cycle" and when it does, makes enough noise to wake me up in the middle of the night as my office space is adjacent to the bedroom.Easily remedied by turning it off in the evenings.Overall, I feel this was a good buy for the money.

1-0 out of 5 stars Horrible Printer - VERY expensive to run
What a piece of you-know-what.I really wish I would have done my research before buying this printer. The consumables are VERY expensive, and like the others have said - it's clunky and noisy.Anyone giving this printer more than two stars has to be out of their mind. What a waste of money!

1-0 out of 5 stars Garbage
Has great output, but after 14 months (just out of warranty) and only 5500 color pages printed (and over $350 in consummables), this thing suddenly has broken -- the carousel is apparently a weak point, a common breakage, and it costs as much to fix as to buy a new one.Appalling.This thing replaced an old Apple laser printer that worked like a tank without any problems whatsoever for over a decade. This is incompetent design at its worst. ... 2-0 out of 5 stars Limited life span
My 940C lasted five years, but ate up its paper drive mechanism yesterday.
5-0 out of 5 stars Great quality & consistency for the price
This printer came as part of a computer package I ordered from Dell back in 2001 so actually it was free. I hated to let go entirely as the newer models since haven't been as consistent and easy to use. To keep it within reach in case of emergency, my kids currently use it now that I've upgraded to a 4 in 1 AIO printer. The 940 was easy on the ink carts and printing was fast and of great quality. Sometimes I miss the simple, classic things of my past and this is one of them!I never had paper jams and the desktop printer assistant was easy to use. It came with PC and MAC installation disks and pretty much installed itself!

the only downside to this printer is that it does not have any font & font size option and the fact that you have to go to each single client's desktop to configure the 250 sheet tray (set the paper setting to go from either top to lower tray or vice versa) otherwise, it'll keep using the default tray and will not automatically use the other tray. besides that, printer works just fine.

5-0 out of 5 stars ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS MACHINE
I looked long and hard before I committed to a printer. I wanted something that printed things out fast and did a good job on photos. This unit does both, and very well I might ad.
